No, it is free for anyone to post a resume online. We do offer some paid upgrades, like a photo, bio, or cover letter, but they are not required.

Does it cost to search open jobs?

No, it is free for anyone to search all open positions around the country and to respond to the postings.

Does the church or ministry pay to post positions?

Yes, churches and ministries are charged a reasonable fee for a job posting – they have several options, depending on how long they want the posting to be online. Click the “Pricing” tab at the top of the homepage for more info.

If my church posts a job, and we fill the job before our posting time is finished, do we receive a refund?

No, we cannot refund back a portion of the job posting cost.

Who will see my resume?

Any church or ministry who has a posted position online or who purchases the “resume searching” service receives access to all posted resumes. It is a paid service.

If I want to give my resume confidentially to Kingdom Careers, can I be sure that it won’t be placed online?

Absolutely – all confidential resumes are kept strictly offline. Furthermore, if we find a position that matches up well with your credentials, we will contact you and ask your permission to submit your resume. We realize the sensitive nature involved in job searches and we will protect your confidence.
