will offer online assessments to customers

Aug. 2, 2002 – Jim Van Hook today announced that his
career company, Kingdom Careers, found at www.kingdomcareers.com,
will partner with Dr. John Trent and Ministry Insights International.
Kingdom Careers will offer Dr. Trent’s online assessment
in the area of personal strength – this “Ministry
Insights” test will allow candidates to define their
inherent giftedness and to learn how to effectively communicate
to those with different strengths. Also available will be
the “Position Insights” assessment, used by employers
to effectively define and describe the type of candidate that
they are looking for in a specific position.

These assessments
are taken online – they take ten minutes to complete
and, unlike many other kinds of strength testing, the results
are emailed immediately. The user receives a 22-28 page summary
of detailed analysis.
